COUrse
A 12-week community-building companion experience that throws out the traditional predefined content delivered by an expert and embraces a mix of right-on-time expert guidance, small group mentoring, and curated resources, all in the midst of the daily grind.
So that you can apply what you learn to your project tomorrow, not "one day".
Two pods available.
Each pod has only five spots.
WHAT IS COURSE ?
noun
noun: nocourse; plural noun: nocourses
A learning experience that gathers five other professionals that are busy planning, building, or nurturing an internal community of learning and practice within their company.
The journey starts with a 1:1 individual audit of your current community-building stage, challenges, and blockers.
Once that's mapped out, you’ll get access to several videos and a Miro board, and you’ll have two weeks to work through them at your own pace.
After the audit and the content, you’ll have clear focus areas to work on, and we’ll meet every two weeks to strategically support your progress through advice, feedback, sense-making, mentoring, and coaching.
And the best part? You'll benefit not only from one person's experience and expertise, but from five other peers working on similar projects.
The content will be carefully curated to cater to your particular challenge and context and accessible asynchronously, assuring that the information you need reaches you exactly when you need it. You'll have lifetime access to a Notion resources database.
Between the live group session, you will apply the tools, frameworks, and steps we defined together. And don't worry if you hit a wall in between sessions: you can use our Slack community to ask questions and get unstuck.
What is this not?
A structured course with "an expert" sharing a predefined curriculum that doesn't adapt to your current challenges, priorities, and needs.
I enjoyed a complex learning experience, in terms of different learning "ingredients" involved—consultancy, best practices sharing, well facilitated concepts, learning technical tools, nice vibes—with a notable impact if you are building a community right now.
—Ramona Baetelu, Senior Organizational Development Business Partner at OTP Bank Romania
